So you’re probably wondering what I’m up to suddenly thinking about how to lose weight fast. Well, last week I had a rare opportunity to climb two flights of stairs, and was a very intense experience. By the time I reached the top, I was perspiring, wheezing, my face was red, and I felt terrible. I went into the bathroom to splash some cool water on my cheeks, and looked up into the mirror, and then it hit me: I need to lose weight fast.
In some ways, I feel like I’m becoming my father. He was a ferociously obese man, with a great sense of humor and a devout, good-natured approach to life. But I tell you, he was large. And these days I’m growing big too. Now don’t get me wrong, I love my dad, but I very much want to keep myself from reaching 250 pounds. Because once you reach a weight like that, there’s hardly any going back.
So I’ve been going through and doing a bunch of research on how to loose weight fast. My wife wants to join me, telling me that she has been thinking about losing weight too, which should definitely make it easier to stay with whatever diet program we end up with. There’s an awful lot of thoughts on how to lose weight out there
I’ll keep you guys up to date on how good the diet goes for us. I understand weight loss isn’t going to be easy, but it’s time to make it happen as far as I can tell, so I’ll be trying hard to figure out how to lose weight fast.
